Your first step is a free Insight Session where we'll get to know each other by talking about where you're stuck and what you're hoping to achieve.

What’s included in my coaching package?

In addition to your weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions, you also receive coaching via email in between our sessions.

How much does coaching cost?

$150 per 1-hour session -or-
$450 for four, 1-hour sessions.

Payments are done via Square. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
